Welcome - our website is under development - please bear with us while we fill in the gaps.
The overall vision of the Club is to provide quality football opportunities for people of all ages in our community. We strive to achieve this in a safe environment where everyone is treated with respect. We aim to promote friendship and team bonding through the organisation of social events and are committed to providing help and support to our members in times of need.
We are very lucky to call the Sir Victor and Lady Mallet Sports Ground our home ground.
Wittersham is a small Kentish village on the Isle of Oxney, just inside the Kent and East Sussex border. Whilst small in size, Wittersham has long had a strong footballing pedigree. There has been a football team in our village for over 100 years.
We are aware of the important role we play in village life. Following Covid several village organisations folded. The Club has been determined to come back stronger.
We continue to support the village by engaging with its activities, for example by being represented at the annual Remembrance Day service at the War Memorial and running stalls at village fetes.
Links with Wittersham CE Primary School (and indeed other local schools) are fostered by our Club President who in his professional capacity works as a football coach in a number of schools locally and is able to direct potential players to the Club.
